Secrets

Some secrets are meant to stay in your heart. To be the only person to know it, is powerful. But then again, it all depends on the secret. Is it between 2 people? Is it something you witnessed? Is it something you're feeling? Or is it something you've done?
Regardless of the nature of this secret, keep it close to your heart.

But if this secret overwhelms you with hurt and pain, then I say "Let it out!" but only to someone you can trust. And you have to be honest with yourself too...will this person judge you? Maybe it's best to say it to a total stranger whom you'll never meet again.

Either way ...release it if it hurts you ... keep it if it excites you.

But whatever you do... always remember "a woman's heart is a deep ocean of secrets." and mine is no exception to that rule.
