The Summer of 1969
Today, my husband-my friend-father of my beautiful girl turns "40". He is not big into celebrations because his only celebration is the return of his country (yah yah, he uses the same excuse for quitting smoking too! sigh).
But nevertheless, this is a special day for {us}.

- Apollo 11 lands first humans on the Moon (Armstrong & Aldrin)
- Frank Sinatra's "My Way"
- French is made equal to English throughout the Canadian national government
- Woodstock
- First Artificial heart surgery implant
- First automatic teller machine in US
- Gap's first location in San Fran, USA
- Yasser Arafat elected Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) leader
And not to forget, my lovely husband's year...November 13, 1969.
