She really liked Kit Kat

Who dictates what has to be done after you've left earth?
Tradition and religion play the biggest part in my opinion, but what if you are not a traditional or religious person, should they still be implemented at your funeral?

In our culture, we are supposed to serve 'dates' and 'turkish coffee'. But yesterday, as we all gathered to pay respect for the short but full life of Lina, who lost the battle to Cancer, we did not help ourselves to 'dates', but to her favourite treat in the world...Kit Kat. This 4 chocolate covered wafer bar, meant the world to her and painted the biggest smile on her face.

So if in living, this made her happy...then in her passing we shall do the same.

Rest in peace Lina and take care of Ameena.
