Makeup Chaos

I had NO CLUE how to do this. So I simply emptied my 4 makeup bags and decided to dig through the chaos. My chaos included makeup from everywhere - Mac, Makeup forever, Bourjois, Sephora, Lancome, Dior, Stila, Maybelline, Revlon to name a few!

I was still overwhelmed, so I decided to group them by family aka. Teams.

That totally helped in digging through this chaos.

YEP! that is my lucky penny :)

I definitely like my MAC lipsticks. The nice thing is they have a recycle program which means, if I return 6 empty items, I get a free lipstick. YEY!

After the creation of Teams, comes the hard part...deciding what stays and what goes.
Below is my attempt at reminding myself the eyeliner colours that I have in my posession. Don't ask!

Throwing things out, was so easy! If I had a tougher heart, I would have throwng 3/4 of the lot. Listen, we change and our taste changes along with that. So green eyeshadow might have been my thing last year, not anymore in 2011!

What's left after the garbage has swallowed a bunch of them and the rest went into 1 makeup bag :)

Time to go shopping for new makeup!
